How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please email us at mentorsuccessss@gmail.com with your WarriorPlus order number and the email address you used for the purchase.
Our team will process your request within 1–3 business days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method via WarriorPlus.
Conditions for Refund
- Your request must be made within 30 days of the original purchase date.
- Refunds are available for the front-end product only. Any one-time offer (OTO) upgrades purchased alongside the main product are subject to their own refund terms as stated at the point of sale.
- If you have already downloaded the product, we still honor the guarantee — simply reach out.
Filing a Dispute
If a payment dispute is filed with your bank or PayPal instead of contacting our support directly, we are only able to respond through the dispute process. This can take significantly longer to resolve. Reaching out to support first is always the fastest path to a refund.
